Throughout my high school and college years I worked several manual labor jobs, including as a car mechanic, barn worker, and mover. After I got my bachelor's and paralegal degrees, I worked and volunteered as an advocate for people with disabilities for over ten years. During those years, I took on several projects in my free time from planting flowers for a neighborhood association in Brooklyn to taking care of trees for homeowners. In 2022 and 2023 I worked for a company that did home and building maintenance and repairs across eastern New York. In 2023, I began doing work for the first time under my own business (Render, Inc) for clients in Albany, NY. Since then, I have earned a home inspector's license and been fortunate to learn from mentors and through doing projects for clients. My ultimate goal is to work diligently for you, following best practices and common sense to ensure your project receives the care and attention it deserves.

I currently run Render, Inc. as an s-corporation, with myself as its only employee. When and if the time comes for more than one employee, I'll prioritize employing people from various backgrounds, treating workers fairly and justly, and creating a work environment where all workers feel valued and respected. I am committed to ensuring recruitment activities reach potential job candidates, to encouraging full utilization of the skills of each employee, and to enhancing their skills so they can perform at their highest potential and advance in accordance with their abilities.
